Cancellation Policy
(24-Hour Policy)
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the deposit.
(No-Show Policy)
Clients who miss their appointments without giving prior notification will be forfeit 100% of the deposit.
(Late Policy)
We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for tardiness. After this duration, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full for their scheduled service .
